User reports: These pills are a light green and fall apart fairly easily. They do not taste like E and could cause vomiting/nausea upon ingestion. They contain only dextromethorphan (DXM), which is the active ingredient in a number of cough medications including Robitussin DM. Based upon a pill weight of 175mg, eating one of these green triangles is like drinking 2 1/2 small bottles of Robitussin. If you have eaten one of these, PLEASE NOTE: DXM has a similar chemical composition to narcotics and shares many of the same effects, which can last up to 48 hours. These can include disassociative effects (feel like you're "out of your body"), mild hallucinations, physical weakness/lightness, possible shallow breathing, and possible panic attacks and paranoia. You'll also have the stupids for a while. If it has been a few hours since you've taken the pill, you're probably in the clear. Don't panic, but realize that the next day (and probably Monday at work!) is going to be a wash. You're going to have to wait this one out. DXM is flushed out through the liver, so drinking water will help. It's also OK to induce vomiting (which may happen anyway), after which a bit of food would be good. The main danger with an OD of DXM is that if you fall asleep you may stop breathing, so please make sure that you're around other people who can watch you for a while. If you (or your friends) start turning blue, seek help, but this really shouldn't happen. Remember, it's most important to just relax, remember that it's not terribly dangerous, and remember what it felt like right after surgery (if you've ever been in surgery)! I'm 150lbs and accidentally took 2 1/2 of these (thinking they were weak!) after having taken a hit of real E, and it took 36 hours for all of the effects to go away. In retrospect, it's taught me a lesson about eating ANYTHING new (even if it's from someone you "trust") without testing it! If you're looking for more information, look up "DXM" or "Dextromethorphin" on www.askjeeves.com. And tell the person you got it from to have a serious talk with his or her supplier.
